I signed up and have received the welcome email, when will you ship my first box?
Welcome to Little Book Club book subscription service! Your first box will ship within 2 business days, you will receive an email with the tracking code. All your consequent book boxes will ship on or around the same subscription day of the month and you can always see this data in your account dashboard here.
Are the books included in my book subscription box new or used books?
All books included in the your book box are brand new and are yours to keep.
How do I cancel my book subscription?
Oh no, is it anything we’ve said :-)! Jokes aside we understand that plans and preferences change and yes you can cancel anytime. Please either login to your account dashboard and use cancel subscription button OR use our contact page to send us a note and notify us about your desire to cancel your subscription OR call 323-543-5735 during our normal business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM).
How do I skip a month or two of my book subscription?
What you need to do is put your account on hold through your account dashboard. Simply login and click hold my subscription. You can skip up to three months at a time. If you are looking to skip more than three months, please reach out via email or phone so that we can set that up for you.
Will you notify me once my book subscription box is shipped?
Yes! Our system will send you an email with a USPS tracking code as soon as your book subscription box is packed and a shipping label is generated. Please note that we pack and ship boxes every day and it takes up to 24 hours for USPS to start populating the tracking data into their online system.
Is there a way for me to order more than one subscription?
Yes, absolutely. Please sign up with one subscription, in the process of which you will create an account, then navigate to your account dashboard and click add a subscription button to add an additional box to your account.
